How Daily Streaks and Missions Build a Math Habit
By the Duck Math team ·

Regular short practice beats occasional long sessions, and a visible streak makes regular practice easier to keep up.

Why small goals work
A mission like "solve 15 sums" is reachable in a few minutes. Finishing it gives a clear win, which makes tomorrow easier to start.
Keep streaks friendly
Praise the habit, not the number. If a streak breaks, shrug it off and start a new one. The point is practice, not perfection.
How it works here
Every day you get three missions from a pool of games. XP and rank, from Duckling up to Grand Duck, are saved in the browser, so nothing is uploaded and no account is needed.
Questions
Do streaks put pressure on children?
They can if overused. Keep the tone light, celebrate effort, and treat a broken streak as a fresh start.
Is my progress shared with anyone?
No. XP, ranks and streaks are saved only in your browser on your device. There is no account.
Why three missions a day?
Three is small enough to finish in about ten minutes and large enough to cover different skills.
